Who We Are
ZAHRA’S DESIGN STUDIO is a craft company that creates creative cross stitch kits, unique patterns and joyful workshops. We were established in 2022 by Zahra Al-lawati, from her love of Palestinian embroidery. Her aim was to recreate the heritage patterns to a modern and simple designs.
Our designs are crafted in our studio in Muscat, Oman. Our products and workshops are suitable for both beginners and experienced stitchers.
All of our kits include high quality materials and easy to understand tutorials, The kits come in a box with everything you need to complete your cross-stitch project.
My Wedding Dress
Embroidering my wedding dress was always a dream of mine. It was an incredible journey, and I learned so much along the way. Now, I can proudly say, "My wedding dress was designed and embroidered by me."

Workshops
Zahra Al-lawati is an experienced embroidery and cross-stitch trainer who loves sharing her skills with others. She has trained over 200 people through both online and in-person workshops. Zahra makes learning fun and easy by teaching techniques that combine traditional styles with modern ideas. Her workshops are friendly and hands-on, helping trainees build confidence and enjoy the art of embroidery and cross-stitch.
The workshops begin with an introduction to the art, where participants explore the tools and practice the basic stitches. Each student then works on their own project to apply what they have learned during the session.
